1. Scope
These rules apply to all materials that users publish or make available to others: stories and chronicles in the library, comments and ratings, share links to charts and reports, and charts of public figures that the Service publishes in the AstroBank section. The rules form part of the Terms of Use.
2. What is prohibited
It is prohibited to publish materials that: • violate the law or the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademarks and the right to one’s image; • contain personal data of other people (addresses, documents, contact details, information about health or criminal record) without their consent; • contain threats, harassment, discrimination, calls for violence or hatred on any grounds; • contain sexual content, exploitation, or any material involving minors; • present astrological conclusions as a medical, legal or financial diagnosis, or call for refusing treatment, consulting specialists or seeking emergency help; • contain spam, advertising of third-party services, harmful links or fraudulent offers; • impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Stories and chronicles
Publishing a story or chronicle is an action that the user takes personally. Material is published after moderation where the interface provides for it. You keep the authorship and grant the Operator the licence described in the Terms of Use (section 10). You may delete your publication or close shared access at any time. The Operator may keep a copy needed to perform legal obligations and to review complaints.
4. Charts of public figures (AstroBank)
Charts of well-known people are built on information that the people themselves made public or that comes from public sources (date and place of birth). A chart reflects only an astrological interpretation and is not a statement about the person’s identity, health, behaviour or life events. Interpretations concerning health, criminal record, intimate life and other special categories of information are not published. If you believe a chart contains an error or you object to its publication, send a request to support@astrobot.chat identifying the chart and the substance of your request. If you object, the chart is deleted within 15 days.
5. Comments and ratings
Comments and ratings must be respectful and relate to the content of the material. The Operator may delete comments that breach these rules and restrict their authors. Ratings must not contain knowingly false information.
6. Complaints and blocking
You can report material with the “Report” button (where available) or by writing to support@astrobot.chat. Complaints are reviewed within 5 business days. The Operator may hide or delete material, restrict functions or block an account for breach of these rules. The author of deleted material is notified with the reason, unless this is prohibited by law or would prejudice an investigation.
7. Appeals
A decision to hide material or restrict an account may be appealed to support@astrobot.chat within 30 days. The Operator reviews the appeal within 10 business days and reports the outcome. An appeal does not lift a restriction unless the Operator decides otherwise.
8. Age
Only persons aged over 18 may publish materials and take part in discussions. Materials containing information about minors are published only with the consent of their legal representative and without disclosing their identity.
9. Cooperation with state authorities and contacts
The Operator cooperates with state authorities in the manner established by law and may disclose information about a user on a lawful request. Questions about these rules: support@astrobot.chat.
