1. Definitions and Parties
"Service", "Astrobot" — the online service astrobot.chat (website, Astrobot.chat mobile app, Telegram bot @astrobotchat_bot) and all its features: astrology AI consultations, natal charts and synastry, forecasts, reports, horoscopes and reference materials. "Operator" — the person providing the Service (an individual payer of professional income tax; contact details in the Requisites section). "User" — an able-bodied individual at least 18 years old who uses the Service. The Operator and the User are jointly referred to as the "Parties".
2. Status of this document and acceptance
These Terms of Use constitute a public offer. Acceptance means any conclusive action: registration (including via Google or Telegram), ticking the corresponding boxes when creating an account, purchasing credit packs, or actual use of any feature of the Service. During registration the User separately and mandatorily confirms agreement with these Terms, with the Privacy Policy, and confirms being of legal age (18+). Leaving the boxes unticked makes account creation impossible.
3. Age restrictions (18+)
The Service is intended solely for persons over 18. By registering, the User confirms they are at least 18 years old and not legally incapacitated. Access is not provided to persons under 18; such accounts will be deleted upon discovery. If the User uses the Service on behalf of or in the interests of a minor (e.g. compiling a child's chart), responsibility for such use lies with the User.
4. Subject matter: informational & entertainment services
Astrology is not a science within the meaning given to that term by applicable law. All materials, analyses, forecasts, interpretations and AI assistant answers are provided exclusively for informational and entertainment purposes ("as is") and do not constitute: medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic advice; legal, financial, investment or tax advice; predictions of guaranteed events or promises of any result. Decisions are made by the User independently and at their own risk.
Service materials are not a substitute for help in critical situations. In acute distress, intrusive thoughts of self-harm or serious illness, contact qualified professionals and emergency services immediately (BY/RU/EU: 112; international helpline directory: findahelpline.com).
5. Artificial intelligence and accuracy
Some content of the Service is generated by artificial intelligence models based on user-provided data and astrological calculations. Such content may contain inaccuracies, interpretation errors or be generalized. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness of generated materials for specific purposes and is not liable for decisions made based on them. Where needed, consult qualified professionals: doctors, psychologists, lawyers, financial advisors.
AI assistant answers are produced by an automated system rather than a human consultant. Attempting to circumvent the assistant's system restrictions, applying prompt-injection techniques, extracting system instructions or inducing the model to produce prohibited content is prohibited.
6. Account and security
The User undertakes to provide a valid email, not share account access, not create multiple accounts to bypass limits and free grants, not use the Service for unlawful purposes, not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, not upload malicious code and not scrape other users' data. The Operator may suspend an account violating these rules, returning unused paid credits.
7. Credits, packs and payment terms
Access to certain features is provided through internal units — credits. Credits are purchased in packs (no subscriptions) and do not expire. Payment is made by bank cards, other methods offered by payment providers, or cryptocurrency. Credits represent the right to receive informational & entertainment services within the Service; they are not securities or money and cannot be exchanged back into funds.
Credits cannot be converted back into money, transferred between accounts or resold. Spending occurs at the moment a service is requested; the start of generation marks the beginning of service delivery.
8. Refunds
Credits once spent on a service actually delivered (generated answer, report, analysis) are non-refundable because the service is consumed at the moment of delivery. Credits are returned automatically when: a technical failure of the Service prevents delivery or corrupts the result; the server restarts/crashes during generation; the service cannot be provided due to the Operator's fault. If no automatic refund occurred, contact support (support@astrobot.chat) — we will check the logs and refund confirmed failures. Monetary refunds apply where services were effectively not delivered for reasons attributable to the Operator, or in case of accidental duplicate payments; otherwise money paid for digital services that started being delivered upon the User's initiative is non-refundable (consumer law permits no right of withdrawal for digital content whose supply has begun with the consumer's consent). Other refund matters are handled case-by-case, guided by good faith.
Services are deemed duly delivered when the User's input was correct. The User is responsible for the accuracy of entered birth dates and other data: input errors are not grounds for refunds of credits or money — correct your profile data and recalculate.
9. Personal data and user content
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. The User may use the Service anonymously (without real name or birth date beyond what astrology requires). By entering data about themselves or third parties (e.g. birth dates for compatibility), the User confirms they have the right to do so. Content the User creates in the Service (chats, reports) belongs to them; the User grants the Operator a licence to process and store it strictly for operating the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or suitability of results for the User's purposes. The Operator's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the last 12 months (or the price of the relevant service if the dispute concerns one service). The Operator is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, moral harm or consequences of decisions made based on Service materials, except in cases of wilful misconduct. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. harm to life or health caused intentionally or by gross negligence).
11. Changes to these terms
The Operator may change these Terms. A new version is published on this page with its effective date; material changes are additionally announced in the interface or by email no later than 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
12. Governing law, disputes
These Terms and relations between the Parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Before going to court the User is advised to contact support first — most issues are resolved within days. Otherwise disputes are considered at the Operator's location under Belarusian procedural law.
