1. Definitions and subject matter
These Terms govern the Astrobot partner programme (the “Programme”). “Operator” means the person operating the Service, as stated in the Terms of Use. “Partner” means a user of the Service who has registered a partner account in the Programme. “Referral” means a user who registered through a Partner’s referral link and was attributed to that Partner under section 3. The Programme creates no employment or other relationship between the Operator and the Partner: the Partner acts independently, in their own name and at their own risk.
2. Status of this document and registration
These Terms form an integral part of the Terms of Use and constitute the Operator’s public offer. Registration in the Programme means acceptance of these Terms. Persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity and an active Service account may take part in the Programme. The Operator may refuse registration or suspend a Partner’s participation for breach of these Terms or for providing false information.
3. Referral links and attribution
A Partner receives a personal referral link of the form astrobot.chat/ref/CODE. When the link is opened, a referral marker is stored in the visitor’s browser for 90 days. If the visitor registers with the Service within that period, their account is attributed to the Partner. Attribution happens once, at registration: users who already had an account are not attributed. A Referral who registers through such a link receives a bonus of 5 credits under the Terms of Use. Self-referral creates no attribution and no reward (section 7).
4. Reward
For each purchase of a credit pack made by a Referral, the Partner receives a commission: a percentage of the pack’s price in US dollars according to the Service price list on the date of purchase. The commission rate depends on the Partner’s level.
Levels: Bronze — 10% (from 0 active referrals); Silver — 12% (from 10); Gold — 15% (from 50); Platinum — 18% (from 200); Diamond — 20% (from 500). The VIP level (25%) is assigned by the Operator individually. A Referral is active once they have made at least one credit-pack purchase.
Commissions accrue only on credit-pack purchases made after the Referral has been attributed. Purchases paid with credits, bonuses or promo codes do not generate commissions. The price of the pack in US dollars is the base for the calculation; the amount actually paid by the Referral (after currency conversion and payment-service fees) does not affect it. A level increases automatically when the threshold is reached; it does not decrease automatically.
5. Accruals and payouts
Accruals with the status “available” may be withdrawn once the amount reaches 20 US dollars. A payout request is submitted in the Partner’s personal account using the chosen method: bank card, YooMoney, PayPal or crediting of credits to the Service balance. The list of methods may change and is shown in the personal account. The Operator reviews each request manually and approves or rejects it within 10 business days. A rejected amount returns to the Partner’s accruals; an approved payout is made by the chosen method.
The Operator may request documents confirming the Partner’s identity and status (individual, self-employed person, sole proprietor or legal entity) and the payout details. Payout may be suspended until these are provided.
6. Refunds and cancellations
If a Referral’s payment is refunded under the Refund terms, the commission accrued on it that has not yet been paid is cancelled. A commission already paid before the refund is not withheld automatically. The Operator may offset such an amount against future accruals of the Partner and notifies the Partner of the offset, identifying the payment concerned.
7. Prohibited conduct
A Partner must not: • register themselves, affiliated persons or fake accounts as Referrals, or use bots, inflate clicks, registrations or payments; • receive a reward for their own purchases; • use several partner accounts to bypass level thresholds or substitute referral codes; • overwrite the referral marker of visitors who came through another Partner’s link (cookie stuffing); • promise users bonuses or rewards for payment, other than those set out in these Terms; • send unsolicited messages or mass mailings without the recipients’ consent; • use the Astrobot trademarks in domain names, account names or contextual advertising without the Operator’s written consent; • collect personal data of Referrals, other than the aggregated statistics in the personal account.
8. Advertising and promotion requirements
The Partner independently ensures that their materials comply with the law and with the rules of the platforms on which they are published. When promoting the Service, the Partner must: • not promise guaranteed results, events, financial gain, improved health or relationships, and not present forecasts as established facts; • not present the Service as medical, psychological, legal or financial help; • indicate that a material is an advertisement or partner material, in the manner required by law and the platform’s rules; • not use images or names of third parties, including well-known people, without their consent; • promote the Service only to audiences aged 18 or over; • comply with the advertising rules of the platforms (including TikTok, Google Ads, Meta and Telegram) and the Operator’s advertising requirements.
The Partner must not send advertising materials to the audience of the Republic of Belarus or run advertising targeted at the Republic of Belarus. Advertising campaigns must exclude display in the Republic of Belarus. Advertising of services prohibited by the law of the country of display is not permitted; the Partner must independently verify such restrictions before launching a campaign.
9. Personal data
The Operator processes the Partner’s data (including payout details) and information about the attribution of Referrals in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Partner receives aggregated statistics (clicks, registrations, purchases, commission amounts) without personal data of Referrals. The Partner uses data received from the Operator only for the purposes of the Programme and must comply with personal data legislation.
10. Taxes and the Partner’s status
The Partner independently fulfils the obligations related to the taxation of their income and is responsible for the conformity of their status with the applicable legislation. The Operator acts as a tax agent only where expressly required by law. The Operator may disclose information about payouts where provided by law.
11. Suspension and termination of participation
The Operator may suspend or terminate a Partner’s participation in the Programme for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or inflation of results, or breach of the law. On blocking, accruals with the status “available” are cancelled; confirmed payouts remain valid. A Partner may stop participating at any time by writing to support@astrobot.chat; available accruals are paid in the usual way.
12. Changes and termination of the Programme
The Operator may amend these Terms and the reward levels, and may suspend or terminate the Programme. Material changes are published at least 30 days before they take effect and are shown to Partners in their personal account. Accruals made before a change or termination of the Programme are retained and paid under the rules in force on the date of accrual.
13. Liability
The Partner is responsible for their materials and actions and for any claims of third parties arising from their advertising or breach of these Terms, and indemnifies the Operator for losses incurred as a result. The Operator’s liability to the Partner is limited to the total accruals of the Partner over the previous 12 months.
14. Governing law and contacts
The legislation of the Republic of Belarus governs the relations of the Parties. Disputes are first addressed by a claim sent to support@astrobot.chat (review period: 10 business days), and then by court proceedings. Programme questions: support@astrobot.chat. Operator: [Operator’s full name], taxpayer of the professional income tax, UNP: [UNP].
